<p>Cooldog and I have been discussing about new policies. After discussing it on chat, we decided that users may not butt into situations that do not involve you to prevent user disputes.

Does this policy include a bad comment on an article in reply to another comment?

Usually it's best to wait for an admin to catch it on recent activity themselves and deal with the issue. I'd probably be more lenient in enforcing this rule if it was a really old comment (since we wouldn't see it on recent activity) but even then it would probably be better to report the issue via PM on chat or email me using Special:EmailUser. The main reason we have the rule in place is so that reporting it doesn't cause drama when the user sees themself getting reported which is why doing it privately would be okay. </p>
