I'd like to apply. I'll even fill out the nomination questions.

What do you believe are the three most important qualities of an administrator?

The three most important qualities of an administrator in my opinion is:
Commitment, To be
understanding, and to be
active. Without commitment to your job/position, you would not be able to take on the work. Its like not liking a movie, but still watching it. You just wouldn't be interested. Without understanding your member, you would not be able to resolve conflicts properly. Finally, without being active, your community would fall. An active admin = a brighter present/future for the wiki.

What sets you apart from other candidates and makes you the ideal candidate for this position?

I think what sets me apart is that I can be active at any and all times, there would rarely be a day when I'm not on if I were to attain this position. When I become committed to something, it is not easy for me to let go. My heart and everything inside of me is set on the job I need to be doing, the community I'm involved with. I think I have a high sense of loyalty and that all mixes into why I'm ideal for this position.

What key principles do you use in resolving conflicts between users?

Understanding/empathy and a
motto: "
I think twice, but I act once". Following all of that, I would try and get an understanding of what the users in the conflict are feeling. I would think twice about the situation, but my final decision would be...final.

What would you do if you feel that another member of the administrative team is not living up to the principles outlined in our policies and your prior responses?

I would first, confront the person and tell them of what I think they are not doing right. After some discussion, if they continue to show signs of imcompetence, there would definitely be a discussion between the rest of the administrative team of whether or not to de-staff the person.

What priorities of yours, if any, would change as a result of becoming an admin? How would those changes translate into your editing activities?

I would be way, way more active. Being an admin is a huge responsibilty and I think I have what it takes to fufill the activity requirement. Editting would definitely be a big part of my active. I've already made 100 edits in a single day once, which I earned a badge for. As an Admin, I would push myself to make sure articles are 100%.

Adminship is not necessary for you to continue contributing as an active and helpful user of the wiki. That being said, why would you like to be an admin?

With that being said, I would like to be an admin, because I want to go beyond just being helpful. I want this wiki to thrive, to be a perfect info source of all things Sam and Cat. That is why I want to be an Admin. I just really see smething special in this wiki that I want to see advance. I want to be a large part in that advancement and I think I have the skills, the drive, the loyalty, and the empathy to do just that.
