#GoomerSitting[3] is the 7th episode of Sam & Cat.

Dice arrives and tells Sam and Cat to watch Goomer up until the time as he is about to fight with the undefeated John Zakappa. Sam and Cat agree to babysit him while Dice is away, hair modeling in Phoenix. When Goomer needed his medicine, Cat accidentally put Goomer's tongue drops in his eyes and he loses his eyesight before a big match against John Zakappa. Dice arrives and finds the problem. When Sam reveals that Cat is responsible, Dice then vents his rage on Cat for ruining his life. Sam and Cat urge him to cancel the fight, when Goomer lost his eyesight, but Dice says that if the fight gets cancelled, Goomer will be kicked out of the CFC, he'll never fight again and Dice will lose money.

At the fight, Sam, Cat and Dice help Goomer win the fight by telling him when to punch and kick, as Goomer's eyesight was still recovering. Despite his best attempts, he was overpowered. Upset by this, Dice tells referee to take one point away from John. John Zakappa mocks Goomer by calling him a punk, but Dice screams to him that he is the punk. John Zakapps insults Dice by calling his hair stupid, much to Dice's shock.

Appalled at how John insulted his best friend and manager, Goomer gets incredibly furious with him, with this, he regains his eyesight, uses all combo fight, getting better of John and ultimately defeated John in the fight. Sam, Cat and Dice cheer him on. At the end of the episode, John demanded a rematch and Sam told John to go away. He pushed Sam to the side, enraging her so much that she pinned him to the ground and starts beating him up, with Dice, Cat, Goomer and referee trying to pry her off.

Sam: We got three days off of babysitting so me and Cat are relaxing and that's it.
Dice: Man!
Cat: Wait. Dice is our friend and he needs help. What do you need?
Dice: I need you to babysit someone.
Cat: Get out!
Sam: Out!

Cat: I want five yo-yos.
Dice: You can have one yo-yo.
Cat: Five!
Dice: Four!
Cat: Three!
Dice: Two!
Cat: One!
Dice: Okay, one yo-yo.
Cat: Haha, sucker!

Cat: You still can't see anything?
Goomer: Not really.
Sam: Read to me what it says.
Cat: Kay. Um, it says "flush eyes gently with milk".
Sam: Got it. [dumps milk on Goomer's face]
Dice: [comes into the apartment] What are you doing to my fighter?!
Cat: Oh my god. You super poofed your head.
Dice: He's not supposed to drink milk!
Sam: I wasn't dumping it down his throat. I was gently flushing his eyeballs.
Dice: Why?
Goomer: I can't see nothing.
Dice: What do you mean you can't? What does he mean?!
Sam: Yeah, uh. We have an issue.
Dice: What kind of issue?
Sam: Well, I don't wanna name names or point fingers, but someone put his tongue drops in his eyes and that someone is named Cat.
Cat: So, how was Phoenix?
Dice: You've ruined my life! He's got the biggest fight of his life in two hours!
Cat: Okay, okay, um. When fighting, how important is vision?
Dice: [angry] Extremely!
Cat: Got it.
Sam: Just cancel the fight.
Dice: If I cancel the fight now, they'll kick him out of the CFC and he'll never fight again.
Sam: You owe us four bucks for the milk...

Cat: What happened?
Sam: He got hit in the low blow.
Cat: I don't get it.
Sam: He got hit in the Goomers.
Cat: [gasps]

Sam: He should be scared. Zakappa's undefeated.
Cat: Oh my gosh. That's so insprirational!
Dice: What?
Cat: A professional fighter with no feet?" (un-de-feet-ed)

Cat: It's a machine!
Sam: Please don't show me what it does.
Cat: Watch what it does! [flips switch] See? I flipped the switch, and then the machine flipped it back to its original position.
Sam: Please don't show me again.
Cat: Watch again!

  • This episode was in production from March 11 to March 15, 2013.
  • According to Cameron, this episode is very funny and his hair gets styled in an unusual way.[4]
  • This is the first time a character's name is featured in an episode title.
  • The opening credits are shortened in this episode.[5]
  • Cat's hair is darker in this episode.
  • Sam only briefly explains how Zakappa got his nickname before being interrupted by Dice so as not to scare Goomer.
  • Cat thinks that the word "undefeated" means somebody with no feet, when it actually means somebody who has never lost a fight.
  • Dice's hair is styled into a slightly bigger afro.
  • During the credits, a rerun of Sam, Cat, and Dice can be seen watching Goomer at the martial-arts fight.
  • Sam has a picture of her blue remote control from iCarly on her wall in the bedroom.
  • This is the first time Cat has mentioned her brother on this show.
  • Dice did not remember to knock before entering the apartment.
  • This is the first episode featuring Goomer's name and the first episode with a plot centered around him.
  • This is the only episode to have a scene showing Bots' entrance.

  • CFC is a parody of UFC.

Character revelations

  • Dice is revealed to be a hair model which becomes a plot in #GettinWiggy.

  • If the power of the hot sauce is strong enough to burn through the pizza and a plate it should have burned through the chip or any of Sam's insides.
  • After Sam pulls the blanket off of Cat, they change placement each time they cut back to the bed.
  • Cat taking a picture of Sam's bare knees should have been impossible if Sam was wearing jeans.
  • In this episode, Sam is calm when a kid is on her motorcycle, while in future episodes like #RevengeOfTheBritBrats and #MotorcycleMystery, she's mad when something happens to it which gets stolen by Hector.
  • Cat says Phoenix right in this episode while in #GettinWiggy she pronounced it wrong.
  • The woman in the pink pants sitting at the booth can be seen walking across the lobby while Cat is forced down underneath the table by Goomer. When the camera pans back toward Sam again, this woman is sitting back at the booth again. When the camera moves to Cat and then back to Sam, the woman is gone again. While Goomer is saying "Those sound good" in a later scene, the woman is seen walking back to her seat.

Running gags

  • The Yerbanian Hot Sauce melting through objects.
  • Cat feeling left out and wanting something when Sam and Dice do something together, like Cat wants 5 things when Dice promises Sam 5 and then 6 hot sauce bottles.
  • Someone seeing the light.

Series continuity

  • CFC is featured in this episode, like it was in the iCarly special, "iFight Shelby Marx."
  • Cat mentions her brother doing weird things (in this case putting hot sauce on everything but never his food) just like in Victorious. This is also the first time Cat has mentioned her brother since Star Spangled Tori.
  • Cat's toy from #TextingCompetition is seen again though in production order this is it's first appearance.
  • Goomer uses Cat's old catch phrase "Kay kay."
  • Murf from #NewGoat is mentioned.
  • During the end credits, Cat pulled money out of her bra like she did in Victorious, except in Victorious she pulled out candy.
  • The hot sauce Dice gives to Sam is Yerbanian Hot Sauce. Yerba was first mentioned in the Victorious episode, "Locked Up," and the iCarly episode, "iMeet the First Lady."
  • When Sam goes into the bedroom trying to find Cat, she says "Marco" with her knowing Cat would respond with "Polo." This is the same way Robbie and Jade found her in the Victorious episode, "Star Spangled Tori."
  • Cat was wearing a Hollywood Arts sweater at one point in the episode, which is the school she attended in Victorious and still does.
  • Cat appears to have a picture of Sikowitz next to her bed who had also appeared in Victorious.
  • This is the third MMA fight Sam has been to with the first two being "iLook Alike" and "iFight Shelby Marx" on iCarly though this is the first time that one has been seen on this show.
